Job Description

  • Greet and attend to patients through web and social media, and over the phone and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Manage large volume of inbound/outbound phone calls in professional and courteous manner and transfer calls as required
  • Handle patient complaints.
  • Perform the registration process (including E certificate submission) and deliver the information to relevant departments through the designed channel.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer phone numbers and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Perform the reminder calls for next appointments.
  • Perform monthly report of call log file and call report to customer service leader.
  • Communicate and coordinate with related departments upon issues.
  • Urgent report to supervisor or team leader in contingency condition.
  • Maintain and check the utilizing equipment by using log books.
  • Attend the meeting, training and group discussion.
  • Responsible for following the guidelines of IPC and proper Waste Management for maintaining a clean workplace, checking and cleaning the equipment/ supporting items required in each assigned project or job.
  • Perform any other additional duties that may be assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirement

  • Any graduate.
  • Working experiences in customer service industry.
  • Competence in MS office.
