Job Description

Recommend strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans

  • Work in line with GM in order to manage Operations efficiency and cost ensuring company achieve the P&L target.
  • Operational management
  • Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. 
  • Responsible to consider and endorse on the business operations proposals will be conduct within the company.
  • Lead teams in order to effectively execute activities to meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.



  • Build customer relationships at operational levels within the customer and leading the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and balance the customer’s needs with the company’s profitability.
  • Lead a team of Operations to ensure and improve the standard operating system, process, and policies in support of organizations mission and complies as per the local rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to all bonded warehousing, handling and shipping legislation & custom requirements.
  • Oversee day to day warehouse operational activities and ensure the efficiency of all receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout, inspecting equipment, including preventive and corrective planning for cost efficiency.
  • Ensure that complete Health & Safety regulations are adhered the working area and by all operational staff.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff; following up on work results.
  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity target is met.
  • Monitor and analyze team and individual operations staff’s key performance indicators.
  • Maintain operational staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training to work closely with HR department.
  • Communicate and cooperate with other departments, internal and external customers.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management or related field is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience of Business Development experience in Logistics, Rail Transportation, Warehouse Management, Container Management with Minimum of 5years in Management positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Burmese.
  • Skilled in all office software (FMS,WMS,CMS).
