Job Description

- Oversees the complete service of food and beverage on his/her station.
- Should at all time up sell and to keep abreast with the sales targets and to monitor wait-staff up selling projection.
- The supervisor is to relay all complaints or compliments no matter how small to the outlet manager and/or chef.
- Must always be well groomed and neatly dressed and to promote the same to all staff in the outlet.
- Ensure that all sections of the outlet is set before guests come in. All mise-en-place must be ready.
- The supervisor makes sure that all equipment set on the table is of acceptable condition.
- Maintain good guest relations in order to promote the business and receive accurate, relevant guest feedback.

Job Requirement

- To wear the company’s uniform, name badge.
- To be familiar with emergency, safety and accident procedures
- To behave at all times in a manner which projects a good company image to staff and guests     alike, and ensure a safe, hygienic working environment
- Must follow the grooming standard
