- Develop strategies to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets and met or exceeded.
- Must have management-level experience in Merchandising for Home Materials at the Retail business.
- Excellent abilities in space planning, detailing Home Materials knowledge.
- Ensure standardized display items for the shop.
- Change the display to promote new product launches and seasonal themes.
- Create a brand image, interior, and exterior display.
- Monitor competitor activities (Products, Price, and Promotion).
- Managing internal transaction for ordering and receiving goods and services
- To negotiate a promotion, purchase price, in-store activities with the supplier.
- Manage and ensure the personal development of all subordinates.
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelors’ degree with certificate or diploma holder in supply chain and knowledge of marketing management.
- Age between 25 to 40 years.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Fluent Communication & relationship skills.
- Fluent English 4 Skills.
- Must be Computer Literacy. (Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
- Can travel if necessary.
