Job Description

Build a strong business relationship
• Represent CANAL+ and develop solid and trust relationships between a portfolio of major clients and company. • Understanding key account needs, anticipating changes and ensure to resolve all issues and complaints • Manage communication between key account and internal teams • Set up and conduct regular meeting with wholesalers to communicate on updates and review the sub-network performance • Share regular information on business (KPIs, priorities of the month/quarter, commissioning…) and news (programs, promotions, sales challenges, processes…)
Key account’s Performance Management
• Analyzing key account’s data and propose action plan together with wholesalers and RSMs to achieve target result as well as to improve customer relationship management • Communicate on global targets and work on sub-network targets with key accounts and RSMs • Understanding value-based selling and create more value for key accounts to sell more effectively and retain long-term relationships. • Negotiating contract with key account, establishing timeline of sales performance, tracking sale KPIs and strategic planning to improve sales result • Assist in establishing sales strategies and objectives to improve sales result with key account
Follow up the sub-network of Key Account’s

• Daily support and alert for stock and credit level (working with Logistics department for delivering and Finance department for credit) • Follow-up and ensure a smooth functioning of all orders from key account to CANAL+ • Follow-up of commissioning workflow from CANAL+ to the wholesaler and from the wholesaler to the sub-network
Expand the business • Follow-up of enrollment and termination of dealers • Meet new potential wholesalers and identify their added value to the business

Job Requirement

  • 3-5 years in Sales/Key Account Management • Very good knowledge of the market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
  • Strong strategy perspective and analytical skill
