Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Officer
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training,
  • grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Assist and support for data maintenance & management  
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/equivalent
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HR Management System
  • Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently
  • Can communicate in English 4 skills and Japanese skill as a plus
  • Prefer in having experience in related field
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
