Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Officer
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training,
grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Assist and support for data maintenance & management
Communicate with public services when necessary
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/equivalent
Good spoken and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HR Management System
Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently
Can communicate in English 4 skills and Japanese skill as a plus
Prefer in having experience in related field
