Job Description

Create PO and input orders using DMS for all the assigned franchises

Monitor or track parts order movement – parts supplied or back order, relay the information to Parts Advisor

Do follow-ups for all back-orders, provide ETA to Parts Advisor

Ensure to use correct order type when placing the order – VOR/normal order and place the order on time

Arrange payment for overseas supplier, make sure payment is made as per agreed time

Ensure overseas supplier account information is accurate

Keep price file updated, making sure DMS price file is always updated as per vendor price file

Notify Parts Manager/AFS manager if there is any issue/problem about parts shipment and parts pricing

Making sure information is available for any parts/shipment delay

Provide reports/print-out for stock order reference for all brands/franchise

Review PO status reports weekly

Arrange payment for logistic agent

Provide information to asst. inventory controller and warehouse controller the whereabouts of the cargo/shipment

Keep file for all PO’s, pending shipment and other necessary records needed for easy access

Support logistic team/agent for any information needed

Help to provide report related to PO’s value

Create part nos. in the DMS with correct information

Perform all other related duties assigned

Job Requirement

Job Requirements 

Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienced related to inventory/procurement is required  and Strong command of both written and verbal English is required 

One or Two year experience in related field

Ability to work as a team

Computer skill in MS-office / Driving license

Communication skill in English

 Maintain a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
