• Organizational Development
• Policy development and implementation 
• Overseeing human resources activities and Policies according to executive level direction.
• Supervise human resources staff as well as control compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training , safety, labor relations, and employment records.
• Talent Management , Succession Plan
• Understanding of best practice in employee relation
• Able to lead and work within a multi- disciplinary

Job Requirement

• At least 8 years experience in similar job
• Any graduated with MBA preferred
• Strategic Human Resource Planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication ( English, Myanmar)
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational Development
• Good Organizational skill and Good interpersonal skill
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Out look
