• Execute the HR Strategy in all functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and other employee compliance.
• Handle the employees compliances such as grievances, promotion and other human resources issues.
• Modify the Organizational Chart relies on the management objectives and strategies.
• Update the human resources policy and employee handbook
• Communicate with the Unit Head for the organizational development and employee issues
• Optimizes daily activities, processes, procedures and performance of the people operationsteam through continuous improvement.
• Participating in the design and implementation of the wellbeing initiatives
• Ensures the team provides appropriate advice to the business to ensure legal complianceacross all people areas
• Oversees, facilitates and delivers high-quality, responsive and partnership-focused servicesto our internal customers.
• Ensures policies, contracts and procedures are developed, implemented, maintained,known and followed to comply with legislation and internal processes
• Maintains and refreshes annually all people operations contents (intranet, training,documents, policies, processes, procedures, templates, etc.)
• Initiates onboarding content and execution to support new starters to Rizing and thosetransitioning into new roles, working in conjunction with our recruiting and learning & development teams
• Strong team player and driver of collaboration:
• Works closely with Culture and talent partners, IT, finance, payroll
• Ensures payroll deadlines are met and payroll data is accurately calculated with Assistant Manager
