Job Description

- Manage the vacancies announcement and interview schedule.
- Conduct greeting arrangement of new employees with management.
- Partner with department heads and managers to determine best practice employee development solutions and suitable career paths for talented employees.
- Provide support to the compension and benefit team.
- Monitor and evaluate employee turnover and develop action plans to improve employee relations.
- Plan Budget for HR and Training activities
- Plan appropriate Training Programs in corporation with Operation Team

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree (with certificate or Diploma HRM preferred
- Proven work experience as an HR operations Manager,HR Manager or similar role.
- Minimum (3) years relevant HR experiences.
- Good knowledge of labour law.
- Hands on experience with HR information system.
- Ability to develop, clear and fair company policies.
- Excellent analytical and decision making,abilities.
- Team management skill.
- Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill,problem solving,time management.
- Strong MS office,word,excel,power point.
