Control the Recruitment and Selection process such as CV form collecting, screening, dealing with job agencies, phone calling to candidates, making training schedule, arrange for medical checkup process and applies the bank account for new joiner.
Document Keeping such as employees’ CV and medical result.
Employee Contract (New and Renewal).
Finger-print enroll and data entry in software for new employees.
Manpower, resigned and leave taking analysis for monthly HR meeting.
Supervise to Admin Workers and take responsibility.
Support to daily operations of HR functions and duties.
Any other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Manager.
Job Requirement
Any graduated from University.
At least one year experience in HR Field.
Good basic English. (Speaking & Writing)
Must have knowledge in Myanmar Labour Law.
Proficient in using MS Office and Email.
Prefer who has certificate or diploma in Human Resource Management.
