Assist Human Resource manager for all day-to-day human resource activities.
Assist and work closely with Manager and team members.
To maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment contract, personal files, HR forms, and other HR-related documents.
To collect, analyze, and create reports for Attendance, Leave, and Overtime records.
To check the Probation, Resign, Termination, Dismiss staff and report to Manager
To implement the EC contract for permanent staff.
Supervise in payroll, Tax and SSB calculation.
Operate new employee orientation and training programs
Operate the internal HR system software
Supervise the recruitment process (i) Create job post on social media, job portals, and other sourcing channels (ii) Perform initial CV screening and phone interview process. (iii) Schedule interviews for both onsite and online (iv) To work with recruitment agencies to source candidates, review resumes, and assist in conducting interviewers by providing the necessary input during the recruitment process.
Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Tax and labor affairs, Immigration Office, etc.
Processing the visa, Form C and FRC for foreigners
Helping the stationary process, purchasing and researching the product prices
Work cross functionally with other departments.
Daily report to Manager.
To be involved in various company activities.
Job Requirement
Any graduated (Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Administration preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the HR & Admin field.
Must have experience using HR software.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills
Works well under pressure and meet deadlines
Possesses in-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and practices.
Able to communicate in English
Japanese language proficiency level must be N3 or above (N2 is preferred)
