Project Nature

To develop a land wide 2400 acre by YCDC. SDCL (SF) was rented this land with long term contract. According to the project proposal, SF need to develop to Agriculture and Dairy Farm based with local & International partner/ Investor. There are several type of land including cultivated land, green land, livestock land and 3 building including research center. SF officially summited some project proposal and timeline to YRAC to execution this projects. Creatively, development and strategically growth to be a precious land promotion.

PI GM Job Description

Implementation project managers lead projects where Commercial, Project Execution systems and project management are implemented. They manage a team of implementation specialists and ensure all of the commitment and needs of related department are met throughout the implementation process. This is a skilled position that requires extensive experience in a related field along with a high level of education. Implementation project managers typically work in an office setting but travel often as new projects begin for different Objectives. Implementation project managers usually work full-time hours and often work overtime in order to meet deadlines as projects close. They report directly to project directors and work closely with SF Top Management and related department upper management.

Participate in Contract Negotiations

Before a new project begins, a contract needs to be created between the Partner/Investor and the company providing the new product. Since project implementation managers work directly with the Partner/Investor during the life of the project, they often participate in contract negotiations to ensure both parties agree to reasonable terms when it comes to project deadlines.

Assess the Project’s Needs

After a project begins but before implementation actually starts, implementation project managers are responsible for assessing the project’s exact needs (Objective) and creating a plan to meet those needs (to approach outcome). This assessment usually comes in the form of many meetings with the Partner and related department heads and other

Manage Team of Implementation Specialists

Implementation project managers are responsible for managing a team of implementation specialists, who develop new land or configure new property develop for the SF PI Team. They ensure teams are on task and team deadlines are met

Manage Conflict between SF Top Management Teams and Partner/ Investor

Once in a while during a project, conflict arises between SF Top Management teams and the Partner/ Investors. Implementation project managers are responsible for managing this conflict and ensuring the problem is solved before the quality of the project is compromised.

Report on Project Progress

Implementation project managers communicate frequently with SF Top Management Team to report on the project’s overall progress. These reports typically include discussing any problems the teams have had with the project and vice versa including solving ways.

Responsibilities

 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/Investor for the flawless execution of projects

 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant department/ organization and ensuring technical feasibility

 Ensure resource availability and allocation

 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

 Report and escalate to management as needed

 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

 Perform risk management to minimize project risks

 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirement

 Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Agriculture or Livestock for technical project managers/ Other Management level higher education are prefer

 Proven working experience as a project implementation in the Livestock/ Agriculture sector or property development

 Solid project implementation or project execution background, with understanding or handson experience in agriculture development and livestock technique

 Excellent Partner/ Investor facing and internal communication skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English & Myanmar

 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

 Trello/ Asana and MS Project skills is a plus
