• Working with spreadsheets, cash book and general ledgers
• Verify the payment related documents and filing the documents
• Assist to seniors for preparation of General Ledger and Detailed Schedules, etc.
• Assist to preparation of tax related matters and communicate with Tax officer
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Examine documents to ensure accuracy
• Prepare monthly project expense list for checking by Senior/Manager
• Ensure that statements and records comply with company Laws and Regulations
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Travel for local business trip when it is required
• Assist with day to day operations of the ad-hoc basis of finance department duties
• 3+ years experiences in related field
• Accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry task
• Ability to maintain general ledgers
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Additional accounting and/or auditing courses
• Computing skills, including the ability to operate Microsoft systems such as excel spreadsheet, word processing programs and Myanmar Font Typing skills
• Good communication skills with internal and external bodies such as Project members (internal) and Government officers (external)
• Be able to communicate in English
• A degree in Accounting or Finance such as Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Accounting and/or LCCI Level 3
