Job Description

  • Assist financial operation and reporting , ensuring accurate financial data and compliance with the company policies
  • Support accounting activities including financial record keeping reconciliations and reporting
  • Assist in maintaining financial controls, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations , and managing financial risks
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements including monthly and quarterly report and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable , ensuring accurate records and timely payments
  • Checking and ensuring that service discount , aligned with company policies, and accurately reflected in the financial records
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of service invoices related service department operation
  • Monitor and follow up service invoices and service schedule related service department
  • Assist in tax preparation and compliance with local law firm
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process , tracking actual performance targets and assisting with financial analysis
  • Monitor , update cash flow to maintain sufficient for operations
  • Provide audit support, ensuring all necessary documentation is available
  • Ensure financial process comply with internal control and company policies
  • Assist in administration tasks related to finance, including documentations preparation and coordination with department for financial information

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field. Professional certification ACCA III (preferred)above 5 year of relevant experiences in accounting or finance. At least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP) , advanced excel and basic windows, internet, words, outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skill and a deep understanding of accounting principals and laws
  • Good inter personal skills and communications skill
  • English 4 skill
  • Self  motivated , able to work independently and efficiently
