Purpose of Jobs

To deliver the right product with right quantity to the right location at the right time as per the requests of hospitals or customers and to collect the cash from the customers and hospitals.

Job Description

  • Check and receive the products issued from warehouse for delivery
  • Deliver and pick up the products to/from hospitals/customers (sale, demo, loan, consign, return, loan transfer) according to task assignments on OnFleet application and obtain the Proof of delivery
  • Record the delivered place, DN No., Invoice No. in register book and hand over the Delivery Note & Invoice to warehouse & finance departments
  • Collect the cash from hospitals/customers according to the invoices issued from Finance department
  • Collect the cash from customers at NOGH & YGH according to the used quantities from consigned products
  • Hand over the collected cash and invoices to Finance department
  • Communicate with sale teams and end users on the way to delivery if needed

Job Requirement

  • Any graduate
  • Post-graduate course in warehouse management or supply chain management is preferred
  • Able to drive. Driving license ‘B’ is a must. License ‘D’ or ‘E’ is also applicable.
  • Must have experience in delivery service
  • Able to travel
  • Able to work overtime & in holidays
  • Basic automobile troubleshooting
  • Good communication skill
  • Obedient, polite and team spirit
