Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for the company's website, social media, and other digital channels
- Write and edit high-quality, engaging content, such as blog posts, property listings, and marketing materials
- Ensure the consistency and coherence of the company's brand voice across all digital channels
Digital Advertising and Media Buying:
- Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Tiktok Ads)
- Manage the digital advertising budget and optimize campaign performance based on data and analytics Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Competencies Requirements
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies: SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Skilled in data analysis tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and social media insights for performance tracking. Strong design skills using Canva and basic knowledge of graphic editing tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Expertise in managing paid ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
- Solid communication and organizational abilities for client and team interactions.
