To provide frontline customer service in clinic setting

Job Description

• Greet and welcome the customers with good communication
• Assist in crowd control and assessment
• Provide general information to customer clearly and action oriented to meet customer’s needs and wants
• Good handling the customer complaints
• Interacting with a wide variety of people both staff and member of the public, is essential
• Have to communicate with related departments upon issue
• Coordinate and perform other related tasks as assigned

• Any Graduate (University students can also apply)
• Prefer Nurse Aid, pharmacist aid certificate holder
• Prefer previous experience with the customer service support in clinical field
• Prefer understanding of office procedures
• Training will be provided
• Active learner with good personality
• Good teamwork player
