Job Description

-Maintain optimal status of the health and wellbeing of employees in order to be healthy workers for entire organization and promoting the company's health benefits.

-Support, manage the staff illness to have productive workforce and employee’s wellbeing.

-Arrange pre-employment medical checkup of new candidates in align with company health standard requirements.

-Conduct annual health screening for employees and guide, counsel and analyze necessary follow-up and treatments for individuals.

-Monitor the clinical administrative works by planning and recording the stocks, employee medical claim record and necessary arrangements to smooth operation.

-Organize and conduct, health education information and health awareness to promote the safe and health working environments using with various channels.

-Communicate with business partners Hospitals, clinics and government authorities (MOHS, SSB, etc) for update health and diseases development and guidelines

-To work together with Canteen Organizing Team and consult the importance of safety, health and hygiene requirements. 

-To work and align with HR guidelines, procedures, medical coverage information at the direction of the organizational needs.

-To manage possible health risks and diseases when necessary.( Eg. Covid-19, Other diseases )

Job Requirement

-M.B.,B.S with professional qualification require in related field.

-Have valid Doctor Registration License.

-Minimum 3 years experiences in Clinical Field.

-The willingness and ability to handle uncertainty and     conflicting demands.

            -The ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team.

-Computer literate and good command of spoken and written   English.

-Good interpersonal relationship and communication.

-Knows well about MOHS guidelines and procedures (Eg. Covid   health care).

-Able to work in extended hours as required.
