Client Care Senior Manager
- Build with the customer relationship to good communication.
- Contact with client and inform, deal with meeting schedule.
- Adjust the client to good relationship.
- Report the inform to the Managing Director and meeting for the client request inform.
- Support the company to achieve the goal of business.
- Lead the client department and work together with the other employee.
- Solution the problems (complain) and services to client’s satisfaction.
- The target is to ensure excellent services standards and maintain high customer satisfaction with an organization’s product or services.
- Must have Bachelor Degree
- Age 35~40 Years
- Above 7 years experiences in related filed (Especially Event)
- Excellent in English (4 skills)
- Excellent in communication skills
- Good customer relationship skills
- Must have leadership skills
