Mega Thirty Nine Development Co., Ltd expects that The Chief Marketing Officer is ultimately responsible for guiding the digital transformation of the enterprise and investment portfolio along with the members of the digital team. The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for collaboratively developing the short and long-term customer engagement strategy through marketing, content creation, and the organization’s brand. Additionally, the Chief Marketing Officer must possess a deep passion for improving the experience of all company customers as well as an appreciation for all kinds of challenges associated with the digital transformation of a business. Responsible for collaborative development and execution of long-term and short-term marketing and brand strategy and vision.
Ensure the alignment of integration of the organization’s marketing strategy and vision across departments through collaborative execution across the organization.
Responsible for supervising the management, planning, and directing of all aspects of the organization’s brand development and execution.
Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of marketing programs and advertising campaigns to engage core customer segments/personas, and develop new customer segments.
Build, manage, and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem, tapping into competencies across and beyond the organization to apply digital technologies to the business.
Manage the business transformation use case ROI process to ensure that the project cost-benefit parameters justify the execution of a project
Use software to better manage data for business direction, performance, and insight
Assess and communicate risks associated with digital investments
Build a strong delivery team to execute the digital strategy
Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Any Graduate, preferred MBA (Marketing), Diploma, or certificate in Digital Marketing.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
Solid knowledge of offline and online marketing tools and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
Familiarity with web design
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
