Job Description

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide analysis of financial results to senior management.
  • Coordinate and manage audits and address audit findings.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial forecasts and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional growth.
  • Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and manage team workloads effectively.
  • Review and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Liaise with other departments to support cross-functional financial initiatives.
  • Provide financial advice to aid in business strategy development.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bcom, BAct(Eco), BAct (Statics), BA (Eco) such as.
  • Professional certifications such as Diploma in IFRS and ACCA part 1.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial statements.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and attention to confidentiality.
