Job Description


  • Responsible for the management and growth sales revenue.
  • Build long term relationships/partnerships through utilizing a consultative sales approach that ensures all clients are satisfied.
  • Manage client relationships, projects and communication 
  •  Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients to facilitate deal closing. Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with existing clients.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients on routine basis (annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly) to ensure to deliver beyond their expectations.
  • Successfully identified and closed new sales at several emerging accounts.
  • B2B, B2C presentation meetings .
  • Quoted prices, credit terms and specifications.

Job Requirement

  • positive attitude with plesent personality 
  • good communication skill ( second language is advantage )
  • min above 2 years experienced in B2B sale.
  • Able to create an active "prospect" pipeline
  • Able to identify issues and provide effective solutions 
  • Hard working and can work under pressure
  • Knowladge in recruitment is an advantage
