Job Description

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure in branch office. 
• Manage daily operation especially Administration and control management.
• Manage office general budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting. 
• Increase overall productivity of the branch by strategically management
• Well understanding about Pyay, Bago Division and strong in business networking
• Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP

Job Requirement

• Any graduate or BAgrSC is prefer
• Well in office management (Purchasing, Sales, Administrative, Rice Milling experience)
• Must have knowledge and experience in Rice and agricultural products
• 5 to 7 years of experience in 
• Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess a dynamic personality and able to lead and motivate the team
• Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
