Job Description

  1. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and new clients
  2. Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  3. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  4. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
  5. Learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  7. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

Job Requirement

  1. One or Two years of working experience in services or recruitment indusrty
  2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  3. Proactiveness, Collaborative Team Worker, Presentation Skills are vital of the role
  4. Must have a Bachelor’s degree
