- Understanding of Company's Product and Market.
- Any graduate or bachelor's degree.
- Must have a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management. (MBA is more preferable)
- Female, Age 30 Above.
- Minimum (5) years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field (Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
- Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing, Information, Monitoring, Meeting Participation, Training, Interpersonal, Analytical, Managing Work-Reporting.
- Perfect in Computer skill/English Speaking Skill.
- Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
- Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.
- Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure
