Job Description

  • Responsible to Assist Sales Admin Team Management.
  • Check Inventory and Customer balance.
  • Sales record and provide Data to the related managers.
  • Ensure professional customer service is delivered to corporate clients.   
  • Manage sales documentations like quotations & invoices etc
  • Positive attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Understanding ISO Knowledge, SOP, SAP, and CRM.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of Company's Product and Market.
  • Perfect in Computer skill/English Speaking Skill.
  • Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel, PowerPoint, PageMaker,.Etc.
  • problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, Customer relationship Management.
  • Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.
  • Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure.

Job Requirement

  • Female, Age Between 30 ~ 45.
  • Any graduated with a Diploma in Sales & Sales Management.
  • Minimum (3-5) years of experience in the Sales Admin field. (Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
  • Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing, Information, Monitoring, Meeting Participation, Training, Interpersonal, Analytical, Managing Work-Reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Leadership skills.
