Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager (Retails)

Job Description
• To develop marketing strategies and deploy successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• To conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
•To organize promotional events and analyze the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives
sales.
• To identify potential new markets and create and develop marketing plans.
• To analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
• To partner with product development and purchasing teams to estimate product demand.
•To prepare and monitor marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• To liaise with media to advertise and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms.
• To handle monthly reports on all marketing activity and results.
• To create innovative advertising ideas and prepare weekly & monthly marketing plans.
Job Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Must have worked in a management position (Team Leader, Department Head, Manager, etc.)
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Retail
•Must be proficient in online marketing and social media strategy skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reports, internet and email etc.)
•Strongly in negotiation skills with Supplier and Customer.
