Job Description

- Market Intelligence, dynamic Customer journey touchpoint analysis and customer insights and prepare action plan.

- Services mapping and explore Opportunities in close cooperation with the respective line leaders.

- Deliver updated material for doctor profiles, service packages and transparent price communication off- and online.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, PR & CSR events and activities for high impact, and external and internal brand building and engagement. (Planning, execution & KPI tracking)

- End-to-end management on assigned projects with monthly review and develop marketing strategies that enhance the organization’s brand and increase community awareness. implementation plan

- Responsible for release of right information/articles according to organization standards

- Merchandise production, stock taking, quality control.

- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance in convergence with organization goals.

- Responsible for Acquisition, Onboarding and Retention of corporate clients/partners

Job Requirement

- Must have bachelor’s degree (MBA is preferred)

- Any medical related Degree candidate will be an advantage

- Strategic and analytical, creative and has strong common sense

- Able to implement active branding and marketing campaigns

- Experience in result-oriented management, and reporting

- Experience in executing sales & marketing strategy

- Ability to work effectively in dynamic situation of business related with market situation

- Metric and ROI focused

- Excellent interpersonal, interdepartmental communication and presentation skills

- Strong project management skills

- Strong commitment to targets, goals, vision, and mission of organization

- Fluency in communication, writing skills in Myanmar & English.

- Minimum 5 years work experience in Managerial and Sales and Marketing
