Job Description

• Establish clear sales objectives for each team member

• Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for a sales executive, sales supervisor and reps to follow

• Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services

• Continually monitor and track regional sales performance

• Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management

• Achieve targeted sales and expense budgets developed for the respective region.

• Review, evaluate, report results, and request support needed against specific sales objectives on a continuous basis.

• Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships

• Work closely with RSM and ROM – Sales, and others within the organization to develop and execute strategic initiatives within area of responsibility (promotional plans, distribution initiatives, optimized assortment and new item launch execution etc.)

• Participate actively in the development and execution of regional marketing and field marketing strategies tools needed to support the business.

• Perform other duties as assign

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 8-10 years of sales and sales management experience within the food industry. The multi-company background is strongly preferred. Experience in both direct sales and broker/distributor management is also preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

• Industry and channel knowledge is preferred

• The ability to LEAD and motivate the Sales team

• Ability to operate effectively, and contribute within a team environment.

• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

• Proven history of developing and promoting sales personnel to levels of greater responsibility required.

• Solid working knowledge of computers and related systems is an absolute requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.

• Strong analytics and personal selling skills required.

• Leadership qualities a must.

• A high degree of self-initiative and the potential for continued growth in management is preferred.

• Able to Relocate to any City in Myanmar and able to travel is a MUST.
