Job Description

1.      Job Overview

Allocation manager is tasked with allocation of vehicles to corporates when a new corporate account is signed. The person is also in charge of inspecting vehicles from the vendors and suppliers prior to providing the vehicles to the clients. Finally, allocation manager arranges replacement of a new vehicle/s upon a request from the client.   
2.      Main Responsibilities
·        Inspect vehicles before submitting to new corporates,
·        Keep track of data for maintenance and repair 
·        Inspect vehicles when a vehicle is returned to Oway, 
·        Return vehicles to Owner in good condition, 
·        Arrange vehicle replacement with fuel if the latter is needed, 
·        Arrange display of new vehicles to corporate clients, 
·        Arrange to get new vehicles from the Showroom, 
·        Handle vehicles with maintenance and repair issue and keep track of the data in the customer relationship officer file,
3.      KPI for the Role 

·         Ensure replacement of a new vehicle is arranged and operated 100%, 
·         Speed up and reduce delivery time of vehicle – calculate transaction per delivery,
·         Reduce replacement of vehicles on a monthly basis to optimize operation, 
4.      Education/Qualifications
·         Bachelor Degree (preferable IT, Data Management, Information System)

·         Data Management, Data Modelling,
