Job Description

• Manage a team of admin officers
• Manage the office housekeeping staff
• Manage Car fleet and drivers
• Manage Office building conditions-Furniture, electrical etc
• Liaison with external vendors for procurement of daily need requirements
• Making and sharing fuel, daily expense etc reports.

Job Requirement

• Solid knowledge and understanding of administration processes
• At least (3) years experiences in Administration field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint Outlook, and Excel)
• Good in negotiation skills & communication skills
• Good in English
