Job Description

•    Taking care of office front desk and answer the phone in a timely manner by direct calls to the correct persons 
•    Arranging travel and accommodation base on itineraries for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
•    Office Meeting Room Arrangement 
•    Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•    Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
•    Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
•    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
•    Maintain contact lists
•    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
•    Develop and maintain a filing system, maintain log book
•    Order office supplies
•    Organizing special functions and social events
•    Submit and reconcile expense reports
•    Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
•    Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
•    To supervise officer cleaner 
•    Performed job assigned by Admin Manger.


Job Requirement

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related filed.
•    At least 3 years of experience in the Administration works.
•    Experience of using ERP software will be advantage.
•    Must be able to read, write and speak English good level.
