- Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization.
- Manage the day-to-day operations such as internet asset, domain, phone line, air-condition, generator ,checking office supply
- Managing and vehicle buying, maintenance and fuel, cost of vehicle, renewal of the vehicle license
- Negotiation with Tour agency for local and overseas trip.
- Buying ticket for logistical needed
- Buying Stationery and printer cartridge
- Support operations by company car schedule planning, organizing, networking and implementing administrative systems
- Need to communicate with suppliers for office stuff
- Provide supplies by identifying needs for reception
- Supervise and manage receptionist, driver and cleaner
- Supervise in all of Admin concerned area
- University Graduate , Higher degree holder in Administration or Management
- 2-4 years working experience in Admin Management. Preferred to work at the media and advertising companies.
- Must have good communication skill
