Job Description

Individual responsible for managing the academic offerings of a University, including: marketing and promoting the program, recruiting students, and creating, approving, and maintaining programs and course offerings, instructor assignments and hiring, and so on.

• Completing students’ registration processes.
• Arrange for pre-confirm lecturers for each class.
• Management classroom to smooth education process and prepare attendance sheet, attendance report, handouts and students’ sign sheets for handouts.
• Conducting Academic Process (eg., collect lecturer feedback from students, Explaining assignment questions, Accept assignment questions from lecturer and prepare with program format, helping students to check plagiarism of assignments).
• Preparing grading result slips for each person and signing & checking by Head of Academic, scanning these slips and send email to each student.

Job Requirement

- Must Qualified in MBA (or) M.Com (Any Related University)
- Communication Skill
- Interpersonal Skill
- Negotiation Skill
- Problem Solving Skill and
- Strongly interest in Education Field.
