Job Description

Desired Experience:

1. To set-up/revamp current set-up into an effective organizational structure, including and not limited to staffing PIC with competent skilled staffs


2. To set-up/revamp current reporting structure to create an efficient and effective working environment which may include “international good practices”, such as annual staff appraisal, matrix reporting if applicable


3. To set up/revamp current office practices into internationally accepted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Human Resources, Office Administration, Office Procurements and other related aspects of conducting land sales business

4. To identify and train competent staffs to undertake higher responsibilities and positions in PIC

5. To set up PIC Estate Regulations and Guidelines for the purpose of operation, management and maintenance of PIC. PIC Estate Regulations and Guidelines will be legally binding for all tenants and PIC and will cover extensively on the rules, regulations and government by-laws for tenants setting up their production

6. To set up Estate Management teams for the management and maintenance of PIC (security and patrolling, traffic management, dyke wall and pump maintenance, road cleaning, waste management, etc., where applicable)

7. To oversee and review financial performance (budget and expenses) of PIC on a periodic basis and to seek endorsement for budget on an annual basis

8. To set up Sales and Marketing teams to focus on targeted tenants’ groups

Job Requirement

• A citizen of Myanmar with oversea experiences

• An advanced university master degree in Urban Planning/ Engineering / Architecture/ Business Administrations/ Economics/ or equivalent professional designation or a combination of education and experience, is required.

• Preferable for 10+ years of experience in Industrial city with top management position

• Leading a National or International organization with a complex governance model in a senior role

• Managing Financial Resources including budgeting and investment decision making on behalf of an organization

• Managing Human Resources including recruitment, development and retention

• Applying the principles and practices of raising funds through philanthropy and investors both inside and outside the organization
